WHAT IS A CREDIT UNION?

Credit Unions are non-profit financial institutions, owned and operated by the very people who conduct business with them, the 'members'!

Credit Unions are controlled by a Volunteer Board of Directors consisting of members elected `from' the membership and `by' the membership, using the `One Member, One Vote' philosophy. 

Income is returned to each member in the form of higher dividends on investments and savings, lower interest rates on loans, and improved services.
